Tracey Hoesch joined the Friends In Deed team in 2021. She is a 2003 graduate of Hope College and has an MSW from Grand Valley State University.  Prior to moving to Ann Arbor, Tracey served as the Director of Heights of Hope, a community development organization in Holland, Michigan where she helped launch a Circles program. Tracey is passionate about accessible and affordable housing and advocating for change within the systems that prevent people from escaping poverty. In her extra time she is a landlord, a public school volunteer, and a master of her family’s google calendar.

Care and feeding: After her husband and two children, Tracey’s greatest loves are dumpster diving and thrift store shopping.
